Service Delivery Policy

Party Script, operated by Sushant, is a purely digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) product. No physical goods are sold or shipped. This policy explains how access to the Service is delivered, in place of a traditional shipping/delivery policy.

1. Electronic delivery

• The Service is delivered online at partyscript.in. On sign-up, your workspace is provisioned instantly.
• When you purchase a paid plan or paid team seat, the corresponding features are activated immediately after successful payment confirmation from Razorpay (typically within a few seconds; in rare cases a few minutes).
• Confirmation and account notifications are sent by email to your registered address.

2. No shipping

As there is no physical product, there are no shipping charges, delivery timelines, or courier logistics. References to "delivery" mean electronic provisioning of software access only.

3. If activation fails

If a paid feature is not activated promptly after a successful payment, email sushant@partyscript.in with your payment/transaction ID. We will activate access or resolve the issue, and where applicable apply our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
