Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all paid subscriptions and paid team seats for Party Script, operated by Sushant. By purchasing a paid plan or seat you agree to this policy, read together with our Terms of Service.

1. Nature of the Service

Party Script is a digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) subscription. There is no physical product and no shipping. Access to paid features is provisioned electronically and immediately upon successful payment.

2. Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing.
  • On cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current paid billing cycle, after which it is not renewed and your workspace reverts to the Free plan.
  • Paid team seats can be removed from Settings → Billing; the recurring charge for a removed seat stops at the next billing cycle.
  • We do not auto-charge after a valid cancellation takes effect.

3. Refunds

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance for the chosen period and are generally non-refundable, including for partial months or unused time after a cancellation.
  • The Free plan lets you evaluate the Service before purchasing, so we do not offer trial refunds on paid plans.
  • Prorated seat charges are calculated for the remaining days of the current month at purchase and are non-refundable once the seat is provisioned.

4. Exceptions (when we do refund)

We will review refund requests and may issue a full or partial refund in cases such as:

  • Duplicate or accidental charge for the same period.
  • Proven technical failure on our side that prevented you from accessing a paid feature for a material period and that we could not resolve.
  • Where a refund is required by applicable law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

5. How to request a refund

Email sushant@partyscript.in from your account email within 7 days of the charge, with your workspace name, the transaction/payment ID, and the reason. We acknowledge within 2 business days.

6. Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method via Razorpay. Once initiated, refunds typically reflect within 5-7 business days, subject to your bank or card issuer's timelines. We do not refund to a different account or by other means.
